In the unlikely case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or an error was made in the order processing, please contact us right away. Burly offers a 2-year limited, non-transferable warranty on our manufactured products from the date of the original sale. The warranty covers any defects in material due to workmanship under normal use. We warranty that our products are initially received free of manufacturing defects.
