Warranty

Burly offers a limited lifetime warranty on our manufactured products from the date of the original sale. For more information, please reference our fire pit warranty here. The warranty covers any defects in material due to workmanship under normal use. We warranty that our products are initially received free of manufacturing defects. In the unlikely case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or an error was made in the order processing, please contact us right away. At our option, we will repair or replace any product that is deemed defective. Please contact info@burlyusa.com for warranty claims and further instructions.

Burly does not warranty its product against misuse or normal wear. Because our product is subject to high heat and fire, Burly makes no warranty with respect to paint and/or surface rust. The perforated inner floor is subject to move and flex due to the high heat. This is considered normal wear and should not affect the integrity and functionality of the unit.

*Note: You can purchase a high-heat spray paint can for touch up.

If one of our products is repaired or altered outside of any Burly manufacturing facility, the warranty will become void. Our warranty does not cover product failures or damages caused by improper maintenance, misuse, tampering, negligence, overloading of wood or other foreign objects, use of flammable liquids or accidents.

Burly USA is held innocent for any accident resulting in injury or death caused by the misuse of this product.
